Michele Hodge is the Regional Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs
(OFCCP) in the U.S. Department of Labor. She has been a member of the Senior Executive
Service (SES) since 2011. Ms. Hodge serves as the SES official charged with ensuring that
companies conducting business with the U. S. Federal Government comply with the laws and
regulations governing equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, and affirmative
action. In that capacity, she provides agency leadership in the Mid-Atlantic regional states and
the District of Columbia, maintaining the mission of the agency to protect workers, promote
diversity and enforce the law. She began her federal career at the Social Security Administration
before serving at the Department of Labor. Ms. Hodge has more than 35 years of experience in
the Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity fields.
